Es gibt insgesamt 5 Abschnitte, in denen Du Inhalte wahlweise per Video, Audio, oder Text vermittelt bekommst. Prof.’in Dörte Busch, Professorin für Zivil- und Sozialrecht an der HWR Berlin, hat im Auftrag der Clubcommission einen Fachvortrag erstellt, der einen Überblick über die rechtliche Lage bezüglich Diversity in Clubs verschafft. 

Im Vortrag geht es unter anderem um den rechtlichen Rahmen, Fallbeispiele aus der Rechtsprechung und Diversitätskompetenz. Wir stellen außerdem ergänzende Links zur Verfügung, falls Du dich mit bestimmten Themen weiter auseinandersetzen möchtest. 

Die einzelnen Abschnitte dieses Moduls sind nach der inhaltlichen Aufteilung des Vortrags geteilt und bieten dir die Möglichkeit, nach dem Input Fragen zu beantworten, um dein Wissen zu überprüfen. 

Das Modul gilt als erfolgreich bestanden, wenn Du alle Abschnitte durchlaufen hast und die Fragen beantwortest. Die Antworten deiner Fragen werden nicht überprüft.

There are 5 chapters which you can follow as video, audio or text. Prof. Dr. Dörte Busch, professor for civil and social law at the HWR Berlin (Berlin School of Economics and Law), will present, on behalf of the Club Commission, a lecture providing an overview of the legal aspects of diversity in clubs.

The lecture will focus on the legal framework, practical case law examples and diversity competence. We will also provide links to supplementary material if you wish to dive deeper into certain topics.

The chapters of this module follow the lecture’s structure and offer you the opportunity to answer questions after each input to test your knowledge.

You have successfully completed the module when you have worked through all chapters and answered the questions. Your answers will not be checked.
